Karen Bibles and hymnals made ready to take to Wa's village.

Some traffic congestion on the way up to the village stopped for re-fueling.

An unusual site for Thais because they are cremated. This Christian grave was found 25 meters off the dirt road we traveled about 1/2 way into our journey along with 5 or 6 other similarly marked graves. This stop reminded us of why we are here in this country. There are too few cemeteries like this across Thailand celebrating the life of Thais who died as a Christian.

Believe it or not this was the dirt road we drove on for 40 kilometers.

We were all welcomed with a hearty Karen hug from Wa's mom.

Not only did we see spiritual needs we also saw many with physical needs like this woman with a bad case of goiter.

Getting a tour of the village, this is the second church. It cannot hold everyone so a third is now being built but remains unfinished.

Little Karen girls showing our big girls their school.
