Graduation Day

The graduate walking down the aisle.

The big "day" has finally arrived!

Sy pictured just having received a scholarship for leadership, service, and academics - all around male senior student selected by faculty.

Sy pictured here receiving his second scholarship for being the male senior who most embodies the values and mission of Grace International School selected by the students.

The rose ceremony. A time for appreciation of parents.

This was the most emotional time of the evening. Tears were sure flowing.

The highlight of the evening...a son who displays God's heart.

One of the little perks of being the superintendent was being able to give Sy his diploma and congratulate him.

And of course give him a hug!

The happy graduate on his way.

Look at that grin...the ribbon cutting ceremony marking Sy's hopes and dreams for his future or was he thinking about cutting that invisible "parental" umbilical cord.

Candle Lighting Ceremony - the seniors passing the "torch" on to the juniors. "Desire the Fire" juniors as much as your predecessors.

Sy being greeted afterwards by one of his "mentor" teachers at Grace from the UK. Thanks Mr. Coe for the huge influence you and all the other teachers have had on Sy these past three years.

Not sure who's more blessed the big brother or the "little" sisters.

One blessed family! Thank you Lord for another fantastic year and for a son who reflects you.
